The Perfect Boy by The Cure

Quarto ed ultimo singolo dei Cure in attesa del nuovo disco in uscita a settembre Perfect Boy è l'unica canzone che posso dire mi piaccia veramente. Non è un capolavoro ma a differenza di The only one, che pur carina non andava oltre il banale, questa la trovo più convincente. Si sente la bravura di Robert Smith e soc nello scrivere ottime melodie pop venate da tocchi di malinconia. E per fortuna qua Porl lascia un attimo in soffita le sue schitarrate funky.
Il che è già qualcosa.
